Each project is personally managed by one of the directors of the company or a dedicated project manager. This service is fully inclusive and includes:-

• Local Area Planning Applications
• Building Regulations Approval.
• Programme of Works.
• If applicable, a full Construction Design Health & Safety Plan containing all Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Planning and Principle Contractor roles undertaken
• A single point of contact for you to ensure the smooth running of the project from pre-contract estimate to completion.
• Regular meetings on site and clear effective communication between all personnel.
• Site Operation Manuals.
• Full compliance with Disability Act requirements.
